205/55R16 is already close on my 2002 civic that is lowered.

why would you want to do that?

your speedo will be off by a large amount too, wait for the speeding tickets.

the usual sweet spot for 6th gen is 205/50R15, though, that's what the best 6th gen seem to be using.

What is your goal with the different tires? They will be wider and taller.
Will they physically fit without rub? IDK.

If you want wider without getting much taller, try 215-40-16
