Ring inside aftermarket wheels (redline)

I guess it's a spacer of some sort. I bought a preowned set of wheels exactly this size and style I was looking for they were produced by a company named redline. Anyway they all should have plastic, I'm guessing, that go between the wheel and hub but only two wheels had the ring and the others did not. Also the wheel didn't seat right with the ring on the wheels came off an escort but we're not stock ford wheels either. Anyway can I buy replacements if so what is this ring called and where can I get these. Are they universal or do I need to go to the rim manufacturer? Do I even need them? Are there higher quality versions of this ring. Any info is great here thanks.

i'm guessing those are the hub centric rings. you can either get them in plastic, or metal (moslty aluminum). they help in wheel installation because they help center the wheel to the hub. the lug nuts, with the tapered end, holds the wheel in place and center. you don't really need to have them, but it looks nice if you dont have the center caps.

Ty Azkicker you set my mind at ease. So now I guess it's just paint and toss on a new set of tires and good to go.

I do want to switch the center caps to have a honda H? has anyone purchased center cap sticker overlays on ebay or somewhere else that have last well I get lots of snow in the winter.
