Cars not running right

I have a d16y7 it’s been sputtering under acceleration for about a month I replace the plugs nothing changed the other night from the stop light my idle jumped to about 1,100 and when I hit the gas to go it limited to 1,500 till I went to half throttle I cleaned the iacv and replaced the the spark plug gaskets in the valve cover no fix any ideas?

Clean the throttle body
Check the throttle body cable for proper tension
Check distributor coil arc per ezone method
Check mechanical (cam/crank) timing
Check valve clearances

If you have this situation, plugs AND wires MUST be replaced at the same time.

In my experience, plugs and wires should ALWAYS be replaced at the same time. Tried both ways.... never again.
