Engine code p0132 2000 civic EX

Recently replaced catalytic convertor and the downstream o2 sensor at the same time because my cat was clogged and the downstream o2 sensor was bad. Car has been great ever since, got it inspected, no Check engine lights.

yesterday, i started my car and left my house and all of a sudden the Check Engine Light comes on. I just got the code ran today. Came up with a P0132.

From my understanding, that would be the o2 sensor that is upstream, correct?

Do you think if I just replace it, I should be good to go.

Thanks

P0132: O2 sensor B1S1 voltage high.
Yes, that is the front sensor.

Is the sensor actually bad? IDK without real testing. Maybe. Could be other stuff too. Water in the O2 connector could cause it, other stuff can too.

The PCM had to see O2 voltage of 1.51 V or more-- for at least 5 seconds-- during a deceleration event in which fuel cutoff occurred, to set the code. The O2 should have read 0.00 volts during decel fuel cutoff.
