New trunk install...almost done

today I started my trunk install... Basically copied diskreet's idea and going to modify it a bit. I was going to go with the recessed latch in the picture with the tracing...decided to go instead with a normal cabinet door type handle instead..unlike diskreets install when I got my new amp in today I decided against making sideboards and instead am going to make a back deck behind the seats... my new amp (the black one) is much larger than I expected.

I have everything cut, got the carpet cut, and was going to adhesive the carpet on, but it is really rainy out today and if you read my other thread you know I do not have a workshop... I did all of this so far in my living room... (get a good laugh at my sawhorses!)..anyways, there is not enough ventilation in my living room to spray the adhesive, and I dont want to risk getting any on anything else..much less the fact that my fiance had no idea that I was going to do this in the living room...thank goodness I cleaned it all up!
so, here are the pics thus far

Looks good so far. You're pretty brave for cutting the MDF in the living room. I would get my ass kicked if I tried to do anything like that.

anyone know the dimensions for making a carpeted board behind the seats?

I measured 36wide by 14 high, but I think I could go a little bigger..

any ideas?

oh, and the good news is I cleaned the hell out of the living room so you cannot tell it was once a workshop!
