rough ride on 2013 2 door ??? help

hello.. I,m new to the site and hoping to get to the bottom of handling problems my 2013 .IT has only has 44 thou and really getting a rough ride ...I don't expect it to ride like a caddy of nothing ,,,But wow.. at this year and mileage ? Takes bumps much worse then my old cavalier .....

Steering has been a issue too with it not doing well on groove roads ,bad tracking and I have to fight it to keep in lane ..Very twitchy too . had alighnment checked when nearly new and they said it was fine and had a bad tire ..they replaced it with no results ... Sometimes in windy grooved highways its dangerous to drive .. talking 30 -40 mph gust ...and around big trucks .

Iv'e had light cars years ago that handled just fine ,vw ,triumph spitfire ,fiat

Any thoughts appreciated thanks already rt

How long have you owned this car?
Has it always been this way?

"Rough ride" is kind of ambiguous, can you be more specific?

Are the tires still original, or have they been replaced? How new are they?
What kind of tires are on it?
Tread depth?
Tire inflation pressures?
Tire wear unusual, choppy feathered edges causing noise and vibration?
No slipped belt in a tire, no waddle, out of roundness, bent rims, etc? All spin round and true?
Struts/shocks have no excessive bounce, and not leaking? (I've seen a couple 9th gens with blown rear shocks at low mileage....very bouncy, not exactly what I consider "rough" ride though.)

Current alignment? Here in the rust belt and the land of infinite potholes, we suggest a 4 wheel alignment annually, preferably in the spring.

Has the car been inspected by a competent professional? Have you demonstrated your concerns to that professional so everyone knows exactly what your issue is and can address it directly? (That means go for a test drive with the tech)
