GREDDY EVO Exhaust...... Does anybody have this exhaust on their 7G EX Coupe??? I was thinking about getting it and wanted to know if anyone could give me some feedback on this system......Thank You. |
Well, there are a lot of posts on this. The EVO pipes are only aluminum and tend to rust faster. I would go with an all stainless system like DC TCS or Thermal R&D. |
DC TCS...installed it last week and i freakin love it:tup: cant wait until honda fixes my tranny and motor mount so i can have my baby back |
I've had mine for like 4 months and I still love it. Also try a search next time, because as gearbox said there are many posts on this. No big deal though. |
I have the evo and it sounds great. I like it a lot. No rust yet. I've had it for about 8 months now. The TCS sounds really good to so it all depends on cost. I think the Evo was cheaper I got mine for $500. |
Greddy themselves says the pipes will last about 3 years. In their crummy exuse for an e-mail reply they said that the pipes are designed for performance (an ass kicking 2 HP), not longevity, because that was what stock was for. I doubt they'll ever reply to "Why everyone else uses stainless?" |
one word for you TANABE all stainless steel and dynoed to provide the most performance and torque for our cars got it for about 550.00 shipped and its the straightest design and sells for about 800.00 at race shops here |
