Daytime running lights with TYC projectors...

Hey, is anyone here from Canada? For those of you elsewhere, it's required that new cars have daytime running lights. In otherwords, our headlights are on all the time; just less bright in the daytime. I just remembered this and it may influence my decision on which TYC projectors to get. I was about to abandon black since it blends in too much with my black body. I want them to stick out (and they might with the daytime running lights). Can anyone out there tell (or show) me how black TYC projectors look with daytime running lights?

Also, does anyone have the new clear/chrome TYC projectors yet?

I don't think the daytime is required, i live in the T dot O... Some cars don't even have daytime... it's just a safety feature i think..cause the morning is a little misty...

also to answer your Q, IMO it looks okay with daytime lights on... depending on what kinda bulbs you have.. if you got the white bulbs it might not even show....

The TYC's come with a wire harness adapter that splits the line into two separate ones for high and low beam. If I remember correctly, daytime running lamps are just a dimmer high beam. If this is the case, then the tyc's should work with your daytime running lamo capability. So, I wouldn't sweat it...
