RIMS AND SPRINGS

2 questions

if i wanna lower my car....(h&r or neuspeed sports) will i need to buy aftermarket struts and a camber kit?? if so wut kind shud i buy? appreciate all feed back

About the springs go for either hr or neuspeed, they are both good. if i were you i would go for HR they seem more simple in drop. If you are going for the 1" pro kit springs i wouldnt worry about the camber kit and probably need the cambers if you go for the sportline, which are a 1.4" drop. Just buy the cambers for future droping even if you dont need them. They are very improtant to reduce tire wear.

to get the max look and comfort ride you can do this:
1-white rims looks more nice on blue cars (rally-ish look), which is cool
2-buy a whole coilovers suspension (Tein SS or JIC SF-1 or B+G) that are height adjusted, perfect if you wanna slam the car for show
3-camber kit so can be used each time you drop or raise the vehicle
4-wheel nuts (they are cheap) to protect your nice rims

hope this helps,

if your cars for show get coilovers, you cant have a car dropped only 2 inches at a show. but then you cant drive around with a 3-4" drop.

if you just want the car to look nice and for a daily driver get neuspeeds. i have neuspeed sports on stock struts right now. drop isn't quite low enough but the ride is close to stock and you dont really have to worry about scraping much. or maybe you should even go with race. its slightly lower then sports. dont get h&r or anything lower then neuspeed sports tho, you'll barely notice your car is even dropped...

as for camber kit, i dont have one now but its highly recommended and i'll probably get one after i get my rims.

if i dont change the stock struts, wouldnt the the front eventually start to sag?

neuspeed and eibachs claim their springs dont sag so most likely they wont. if they ever do you could always send them back. only thing badd about not having aftermarket shocks is the ride quality. even with stocks, its not that badd. i'm waiting till my stock ones blow, then i'll probably go with true coilovers because konis + installation is almost the same as buying those.
