Which fuel system is the best ?

I heard that when you put bolt on parts like intake, header, cat back, the engine (obvious)need more gas . How do i instal a fuel regulator in my 2k1 civic ? what I mean is where
it goes.

Yeah, you don't need more fuel and the thing is, in order to do a fuel system right you need to do everything....such as the fuel pump, injectors, rail, and so on...

 what I trying to said is that if you have more air coming in and out you be missing fuel on the mixture . for example +air,+exhaust,+spark but -fuel don't look good . I kind of cofused on this one I need something simple like fuel regulator, fuel gauge, and apexi's computer.
I think that will do it, but I'm not sure. Plus I don't know how to instaled.

You would only need that stuff if you are running a turbo or a supercharger. Stock runs rich anyways thats why adding that stuff will improve gas milage.
