Replacement Pedals

I want to get replacement pedals, not just pedal covers! Anybody recomend any that will fit our cars? Or are most pedals a universal size like shift knobs? I want the whole silver w/ red insert look, help me out guys! Thanks!

yeah those racing pedals are universal

if i remember right, the pedals are welded onto the levers to control the gas/brake/clutch, so you can't really replace the pedals completely without a lot of work. if you do it though, post pics, that would be tight!

I think it's a lot of work to totally replace them, If you got the time and $$ though  Post some pics if you do the deed!

I have some genuine Honda pedals from Japan that you actually have to drill holes into the metal base pedals (after you remove the rubber boot) and screw on. The brake & clutch will be easy but the gas pedal in our car is not just a metal pedal with a rubber boot on it. Going to take a little more effort to make it work.

pdal covers are nice though i think you should reconsider you cant even tell they are pedals unless you put your head down on the floor board

I had pedal covers and they just sucked ass. Looks like I have something to do then, if its gonna take alot of work to replace the pedals....time to do some research!

Well I went out and took a looksie...the clutch and brake pedals are covered by some rubber sh!t covers, the pedals themselves are black metal welded to rods and junk. I can get some nice pedal covers "momo or sparco" and drill them into those pedals easlily, but the gas is different. Its plastic and is connected in a strange way. I think it is screwed in, but I couldn't look on the side of the pedal close to the passenger as there is no freaking room over there. Maybe I could drill there too. Shouldn't be too hard, and with them drilled in they would stay put. Oh and the dead pedal can be taken out, its a bolt on.

I replaced mine with indeglo petals and all i had to do was take off the black rubber piece and clamp on the new ones worked great. most should be universal though!!!!
