Roof Rack????
 
Its mountain bike season and I need to get to my races. Anyone get a decent roof rack for their car. tried thule but my dealer says i need an extra set of feet at $100 which will kill my wallet and look retarted

About the extra feet, I have seen alot of civics running around without the extender kit and it looks fine. But then again u might need it to space the load bars apart for their bike mount. Try yakima, tho they are about the same price.

i am pretty sure i've seen a couple 7thgen sedans running around here in Rockville/Bethesda w/ Yakima roof racks...dunno if they were bike racks or not, but they could've been.

i found on REI.com a Yakima roof rack fit guide that includes 7thgen civics. check out here i went through it and heres what i came up with:
