Which Rims is MO BETTER???

I'm trying to decide between Hokuto 824's and Koing Tantrum's. Which company makes a better wheel?? Hokuto is hard to find, is that good or bad? Please Help!!

I think the Tantrums look sweet ! I would have gotten them instead of my Monsoons if they came in 16's !
