I reloacated mine, works all fine now.......just unbolt it and i think there is a place by the strut you can remount it,using a factory bolt.

It's the clutch reservoir that it's on the bar's path...you can lower it down...to a screw a little bit lower...

i have a strut bar and it fits perfectly

Yeah, you have to relocate it. Move it lower. I think there's a screw hole there you that you can use. That's a problem with these bars. Would you have bought it if you know you had to do that? Did you know you had to do that?

If you're willing to part with the cash, you might want to try the dc sports strut tower......fits perfectly.

Grey 01-24-2002 09:22 AM

Yep, that or the Neuspeed. Then again, there's one that APR makes that's selling for about $20 less than the DC Sports. I want to see someone get that. It looks solid. It cost $150 shipped at www.nopionline.com Then there's the Skunk2 front strut bar. They have a good reputation for having quality products that really work, so if you want check it out at www.optauto.com It sells for $149, I don't know how much the shipping is? They also have the rear lower tie bar by Skunk2.

neuspeed fit perfect after i had them install i already can fit the difference when i am in turn..
i have h&r..haha..good stuff.

you have to move the clutch res. with the neuspeed one also, but i just loosened it and tilted it forward a tad so it would clear the bar and was still level on meter.

I got a Neuspeed strut bar I thought I was going to be a problem but after I put it on the only problem I got was that I'm not able to open my braking fluid container I don’t really care but I didn’t want to move it.
