i know all cars have computers, but ive heard talk about chip changing, well on my brothers neon, he did a computer swap for the mopar computer and brought him different timing changing and he got about 12 horses from it, now do civics do computer changes, or this chip thing i hear, and what does the chip change consist of?

try JetChip.com...they will ask you to fill out some info. about your car, like what u had done to the engine, then they will calculate chip to become the best performance for you ride....but it cost a lot !!!
