Primmed...primer...it's a coat of stuff (like paint) that is put on before the actual paint. It makes the paint adhear to the piece that you want to paint better :-)

J/K no thats not my car, my car doesn't look anything like that hah, its pretty stock except for intake and foglights and cleared headlights,
thats a 6th GEN so dont' think they have anything like that for our cars, but there are nice kits out, check out "Parts" section

It's not black really...it's just black primer. It's not painted...you have to get it painted [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Dude, I just got mine this weekend and put it on. You can use dupli-color and it matches pretty well. Just remember to use a lot of clear coat to add shine. It took me two days to paint it at home the right way (light coats), but it ended up great!
