PolarG 194/168 I just put in some of these bulbs and they aer suppose to be hyperwhite/blue tint, like headlights almost? and they seem to light up normal color or what ever except dim and when you look at the bulb thru the plastic it is blue on the end... ok but what I want is like the headlights - blue tint but not dark blue. I had some Eurolite blue map lights and i couldent see anythig when it was too dark out. So what brand makes the best 194/168 blue tinted bulbs? |
I bought the Piaa extreme 168/194's. They look pretty good. They match my Superwhites in my car |
I've got some PIAA Xtreme White 194's in my map lights, bright, and a blue tint to them. I've PIAA Xtreme White bulbs all around my car, except for the headlights, those are HIDs. 1 pair PIAA Xtreme White 7443's Front Turn Signals 1 pair PIAA Xtreme White 194's Front Parking Lights 1 pair PIAA Xtreme White 194's Front Map Lights 1 pair PIAA Xtreme White 194's Rear License Plate Lights 1 pair PIAA Xtreme White 194's Front Dome Light/Trunk Dome Light 1 PIAA Xtreme White T-6 Rear Dome Light |
How much do those run for one set of 2? |
Depends on where you get them from. I ordered all mine from Autobulbdepot.com. The part number for the ones I have is PA19172, which is the Xtreme White. They also come in Super Plasma and Platinum Super White. But I ahve no experience with anything other than the Xtreme Whites. EDIT : oh, they list on the site above for $12.50 US a pair. You could probably find them cheaper locally, or perhaps on Ebay? |
