thanks for any info

24lbs with tire is very light, i assume your rim is 11-12lbs a piece?

i think stock 15" Si rims(in canada) a are like 30lbs with tires, so your 16" with tire for 24lbs is pretty good

They are Focal R3's 16 x 7 with Toyo Proxy 205/40/Z16...i figure drop car about 1" or 1.5" should fill wheel well pretty good plus give me some pretty suspension with the springs all the while keeping preformance up instead of going with 17 or 18's...and its cheaper=)

...how much difference in spedo if car is 7.1% faster with the new wheels?

24 lbs? are you sure on that? the 18's weigh 26.3lbs by themselves, so this isnt exactly a lightweight wheel, assuming the 16's weigh about 20lbs theres no way in hell your tire weighs 4 lbs with air in it... hehe

also, is there any reason you didnt go with 205/55/16's? did you just want the low profile look or was that all they had?

i am buying from kid in IL. its all in one deal after those tires wear out i will be goin with either 215/50 or 205/55...well he says that for ups shipping it is 24pounds a box he is sending in 4 boxes so i figure rim and tire together weigh 24 pounds? right

...anyone know about the 7.1% increase for the speedo due to new wheels?
