best way to remove body kit

hey guys, since the winter season is approaching i think its time to starting unhooking the car up. i have the full xenon kit and i was wondering, what is the best way to get off the side skirts and the rear lip. u guys prolly know that its held on with double sides tape so whats the best way to carefullly remove the tape without scratching the paint and ect. any help would be appreciated.

well....that double sided tape is going to be there

and won't come off without a lot of work

but unscrew the screws and pull slowly

Thats what I had to do when I took my OEM lip kit off.. Though it wasn't stuck on with two-sided tape.. It was this stickier stuff.. Not exactly sure of the name of it. But I just unscrewed and pulled slowly! :D

Then would you just use double sided tape to restick it later in the year?

when u pull off the pieces held on with the double sides tape, does it usually come off pretty easy or does it need a lot of force?
