2014 Civic - Flapping/Loose Piece Under Car
 

I recently noticed a flapping sound coming from under my car when I would hit higher speeds. I looked under my car and this is what I saw:

It looks like it's just part of the plastic splash shield came loose or got knocked loose.

Looks like you're also missing the aluminum access plate that covered the bottom of the engine?

Revisit whomever did the last oil changes?
Replace the missing pushpins that hold up the drooping piece
Tie it up with zip ties if possible (usually the cheapest)
