2009 Honda Civic Seat Height Adjustment Issue
 

I have a 2009 Honda Civic. My driver seat has an adjustable height lever on the left side. MY girlfriend was using it to raise the seat the other day, got to what was the highest setting and then heard a click/clunk. Since then I can't get the lever to move up or down and I can't lower the seat. Any ideas?

I tried looking under but I don't know what I am looking at and don't know what component raises and lowers the seat. I'm thinking something just popped out or something.

Can provide pictures of under the seat is necessary.

I some how fixed it with some what I thought was stupid advice from a friend. I just slammed my butt into the seat bottom a few times and it popped right in.
