Honda civic 2006 backup fuse short no radio or locks

Hi just wondering if anyone can help. I've been scratching my head for the past few days. I recently hit a pot hole and my radio and central locking won't work at all. I've looked on the net and found the problem, which is the backup fuse, but everytime I replace the fuse it keeps blowing. Anyone had this problem before ? Or no how to fix it? Obviously it's a short somewhere but no idea where to look. I've heard the 12v/cig lighter is a good place to start. Greatly appreciated if anyone has any advice. Thanks

Had same problem with my Hin CVC ‘06, this really helped. Sure enough it was the back up fuse #23 7.5. Dealer wanted to charge me $135 per hour to run a diagnostic. I’m glad I found this forum. It’s a known issue b Honda but the dealers don’t want you to know the resolution.
