Looking to buy used--advice? Hey all, this is a first time post. I am looking for a decent, inexpensive commuter car to use while I am in grad school. So, naturally I have been looking for a Civic, since they have a great reputation for durability, reliability, gas mileage, etc. I am currently considering a 2002 civic coupe lx, automatic with 100k + miles on it. The body is in excellent condition, tires brand new. I am a bit concerned that a transmission may be an issue down the road since this is an automatic. I also can't drive stick. What should I be looking for when test driving and inspecting this car? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! |
