2002 Civic partout lots of good stuff

Hey guys. So I no longer have a need for a car with space so I bought a miata and I am now selling my civic and all the parts for is. Here is a general picture of all the parts that I am putting up for sale.

http://clemsonscc.com/Gallery/mediao...4_dscn1364.jpg

In the next picture we have a DC sports 4-2-1 header with the O2 simulator and wiring harness extension. I never got a check engine light with this header installed and it felt great. SOLD

Never used 9.3KG rear springs for K-sport coilovers. Would probably fit D2's and functionform as well. SOLD

Progress 22mm rear sway bar with lower tie bar. Both of these were painted black by me to have a clean stock look on my car. Both are in great condition. $100

A black neuspeed Black tie bar. Once again I took off the yellow Neuspeed sticker for a cleaner look. SOLD

http://clemsonscc.com/Gallery/mediao...c_dscn1365.jpg

Next we have K-sport rear upper control arms. Ill send these with the nut you need for the hub bolt. SOLD

Revo Short shifter with aluminum bushings. SOLD

The suspension is civic koni yellows with 440lbs ground controls and ground control camber plates. I ran these at -2.5 of camber. They do come with the housing which has the lower spring purch shaved for if you want to drop it lower. The rear is RSX koni yellows with 550lb springs that are 6 inch. All 4 shocks are still in perfect contitions and the adjusters move freely. I also have the directions for the front and rear so you'll know how to assembly the top mount for the rear. These do not ride hard on the street. They are very smooth. WAY smoother then the K-sports I used to have. $750

http://clemsonscc.com/Gallery/mediao...c_dscn1366.jpg

Next we have Hotchkis competition sway bars for a RSX/EP3. They fit my civic fine. the front bar is a 25mm bar the same as the stock bar on my EX and comes with 2 settings. The rear is a 27mm rear bar also with 2 settings. While I had these on my car with the konis I had more then one national autocross drivers tell me that my car handles as well as their 89 hatches. If you think that this front bar with the higher spring rates are too much for the front your not right. The car would rotate really easy. On some faster slaloms at full throttle it was rotate perfect. If you want more just lift off a little. these come with the endlinks as well. You do not need the rear subframe brace to run these. I did to make sure. $200

http://clemsonscc.com/Gallery/mediao...6_dscn1367.jpg

Just for kicks here is the intake tube I made about 3 years ago. It makes the car sound good. $10

Everything is OBO. If you have any questions let me know. I don't get home from work untill usually 6 but Ill answer all questions as soon as I can. If you want more or better pictures let me know. Once again the suspension combination of the koni's ground control rate I was running and those Hotchkis sway bars were perfect for a autocross or track car or daily driven like mine mainly was. I just adjusted the sway bars to make it safer for the street. I just am building a miata now so I don't need these on the civic.

What is the thing that holding the sway bar? Is that the mounting kit for the civic that doesnt not come with a sway bar?

If so, i m interested.

Here is a picture of when the tube was installed in my car.

The sway bar will probably be $70 with shipping.

The other thing on ther sway bar I think your reffering to is the subframe brace that Progress includes with their sway bars. Not the mounting kit for non sway bar cars.

Re: 2002 Civic partout lots of good stuff

So you want 70 + 3% for paypal. If shipping is more than 10 you gonna pay the difference or ask me to? Cause I purchased a set of front tokico's from a dude on here and he gave me a quote and everything then he went to ship it was 30$ extra and he wanted the money. I just don't need no surprise additions. If you want 70+3% consider it done on friday.

Re: 2002 Civic partout lots of good stuff

Just the 70+3% if it is more then that ill cover it.

Thanks, yea when I first had the konis and ground controls I did an autocross with the hankook RS-2's and it didn't rotate like I wanted it too. I wanted to run 800lbs in the rear but revalving the konis would be expensive. I could have also gone from -.5 camber in the rear to 0 but I wanted to keep some camber there. Thats when I stumbled on these sway bars and they were the perfect solution. Especially with the Bridgestone RE-01R's. Here is one picture of the car in action.

That was my number in the DC SCCA! lol

How did you like the GC camber plates? I heard they were a pain to adjust? How bad was toe affected?

Wanna sell the rear bar for $5 shipped?

zps2004 04-27-2008 05:30 PM

Re: 2002 Civic partout lots of good stuff

I liked the GC camber plates a lot because they allow for more travel. I mean my car wasn't that low. I kept the lower control arms parallel with the ground to keep the roll center still good. but still once you get sticky tires on there it is easy to use up all the travel. I never hit the bumpstops on my car with this setup. They are a pain to adjust since they use bolts instead of studs, but they are definatly worth it. The toe changes the same as any other camber plate. I origionally had problems with running over -2 in the front because the toe would bottom out but then I bought another set of tie rod ends and cut off about 1/4" from each. That allowed me to get the -2.5 I wanted. Ill ignore that $5 comment, lol

Go ahead and buy some stuff. I know you want those sway bars. They really are awsome sway bars. Ill say $350 shipped for those.

PM sent to damian02civic

I had the Revo in my car for about 2 years. It doesn't show any age and has just as much grease on it as when I first greased it up. No problems at all with it.
