2002 Honda Civic EX has no tail lights, headlights, or dash lights.
 

So I recently came upon the issue of my low beams, tail lights, and dash lights randomly going out while driving. The blinkers, and high beams work fine. We have replaced the headlight switch, checked the relays, checked all the fuses under the hood and in the car. We have replaced the bulbs as well. The car seems to keep blowing fuse 2 for the tail lights. I am in a stump of what is going on. If anyone has any clue whats going on, I'd love some help.

Sounds like it's grounding out somewhere. Check for breaks in wiring .

We've been trying to find where the short is coming from but it seems almost impossible to find.

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

Do you have an aftermarket stereo with the "dimmer" wire connected to the vehicle harness?
