Radio glitching on/off
 

Hey guys, I come to you with my problem as a last resort before going to the garage. I will upload the video and you can see what the problem is. Radio starts going on and off randomly. I have taken everything out and checked the connections. The battery seems to produce right voltage as well so I am not sure where the problem lies. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

RHD car, and the radio doesn't look like what we have in North America....
IP says Ireland?


It sounded like the radio is cutting out abruptly, with a loud pop?
No relationship to the wipers on intermittent swipe, I assume?


I'd guess it's a radio problem.

Is the display screen scrambled too?

If this isn't a common failure your dealer sees regularly, then it probably will be a matter of swapping "known good" parts to see what can fix it.
