Smart people HELP!!!

alright i have a problem with my stereo...
i have an alpine cda 9807 deck(i think thats the model) and i installed a ipod ready transmitter in the back where the cd changer would normally go...

so it all works great!!! it charges it plays great everything!! except sometimes usually when its hot out there comes like a squeak or whistle noise from the passenger stock tweeter and it gets louder as i go faster and apply more gas but then i change it to cd or radio and it stops, its only on AUX (which my ipod plays off of)....
..
.by the way i use too have aftermarket tweeters until they broke and i put the stocks in so maybe its my wiring i did i dont know...

HELP PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED..
