Wheel Lock on 8th Gen Civic Hybrid

I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid from a private party approx 2 years ago. It's time to change the tires and my local Honda dealership (South Florida) tells me that my wheel lock is one they have never seen before and I will have to pay ~$250 to have the lug nuts cut out to remove the tires. Can anyone point me to the right tool/key to remove my tires? (photos attached).

Any tire shop should be able to remove those if your dealer .............. 250 seems astronomical to me.

You can pound a socket over it and twist it off by hand too. Find anything that is close and work with it.

Go to Sears, check out what they call Twist Sockets. Great for this stuff.

Thank you. Very helpful, I will go to Sears this weekend and let you know what happens.

$250 is crazy!!!

Did you look all around the car for the key or a card that has info about ordering a new one? Might be in the trunk on the supplied tire iron in a little bag if its an OE lock.
