tire balancing and alignment
 

I've 2004 Civic LX. I bought it used. I don't know so much in this subject. Kind of newbie. I got new tires. When they were installed, balancing was done. Then the guy said, do the alignment. So, I did alignment at honda dealer. But, still I drive over 100 km/hr, strearing vibrates. And also car pulls on right side. Which was not the case before alignment? Do I need to do one after the other? Is balancing affect alignment and vise versa? Who do I contact first, the dealer or tire shop? Please help. Thanks in advance.

i have some of these problems too but they are hard to fix. seems everyone has their own way of balancing and aligning that results will vary drastically from shop to shop. vibrating at certain speeds is a balance issue, pulling to one side is alignment.
