New Brakes - Car won't stop rolling backwards?

Hi

Took our recently purchased 2006 Honda Civic with 28,000 miles to local Pep Boys.. They have been very good doing brakes in the past. The car was not stopping well rolling backwards in our driveway. Wife also found squealing when hard stopping forward. Anyways front pads were were gone and they replaced Rotors as well since they were below speck. Now tonight once again rolling backwards in the driveway - even applying brakes as hard as possible, car would barely stop?... Seemed to get better after driving car for a few minutes, but don't want to have to worry about this. Bringing it back tomorrow. Plenty of Brake Fluid and no leaks in can see in MC?...
Any Ideas????
Thanks

Brakes weren't bled. You have air in the lines and the pedal probably feels squishy.

BTW, tell your wife to stop riding the brakes. New rotors at 28,000 miles, thats absurd.
