help me w/my tires+rims, please?
 

i'm riding a white 04 civic lx. i'm completely new to this but would like to learn more, so bear with me please :o

I plan on getting 17" Rota slipstreams in either gunmetal or bronze. I browsed through a few posts and many people said "215/45/17" would be best... because I don't plan on lowering at all.

Questions: Where can I get a good deal for tires+rims?
How would I get them installed and such and what is "215/45/17" haha sorry :o
Anything else I need to know? :rolleyes:

215/45-17 is the tire size.

215 corresponds to the tread width in mm (215mm wide)
45 is the sidewall, as a percentage of the tread width (45 mean the sidewall is 45% of 215, or 96.75mm)
17 is the inner diameter of the tire, or the size rim the tire fits on
