No brake pedal after disk brake modification

I have a 2000 civic EX., no ABS. I replaced the rear drums with Disc Calipers etc. The car sat for a year before I finished causing the fluid to gel. Because of this, I replaced the prop. valve with the SI type valve and replaced the master cylinder. I have bled the brakes and get clear fluid out of the slaves.

The Problem is that I never get any pedal, it always just goes all the way to the floor. I have done brakes on a number of other types of cars with good results and also read the recommended Honda procedure. I have never seen this wierd type of problem. No matter how much I bleed the brakes, the pedal never gets and better. I have checked for leaks but do not see any!

Any suggestions?

I'm no pro but what I do know about brakes I can give it a shot.
Is it possible you now have a condition where the volume in the master cylinder is not enogh to make up for more fluid in the rest of the system (lines and new calipers ?)

The pedal strokes fully, and that is all you can push, yet there is more fluid in the system than before, and you do not ge the same ability to compress the dic pistons.
My terminology may be off, but I hope you get the idea.
the new disc calipers may require more master cylinder travel than you have ?

I'd have to say as long as you have the correct parts, then bleed it more. Sometimes it takes a while to get rid of all of the air in the system.

maybe adjust the pedal, my brothers prelude had this problem after we changed his clutch, he almost sold the car for a very low price until we realized the previous owner had messed with all the pedal adjustments and it just wasnt pumping.

Lol

And to the OP, the fluid might be clear but there could be air still in there. Have you put a clear tube on the ends of all the bleeder valves to check if there will be a bubble in the tube. If you have and its still no pedal then maybe something like johng said.
