Learning- Rims Hey all. Noob here. So. I'd like to do some learning. I may be getting a Civic Sedan ['08 or '09] If I want to put rims on, what kind of restrictions will there be? I'm thinking of 17". I saw TSW wheels and I like the recessed hub/spoke design. Will they fit or will the entire wheel protrude past the wheel well due the hub being sunk into the wheel? |
Re: Learning- Rims on a civic dont go no bigger than a 17 or u gonna b replacin some axles |
Re: Learning- Rims any bigger than 17" with about 215/50R17 and ur gonna be bottoming out the tires in the wheel well and chop down ur turning radius.....both will cause unnecessary wear on the tread |
Re: Learning- Rims So wheels with recessed hubs will fit without problems? |
