Taller tires on '92 LX Sedan
 

I have some almost brand new tires that I pulled off of our Saturn before it was hauled away. But they're 195/60R15 and the tires that are currently on my '92 Civic are 175/70R13. According the various spec sheets, this will bring my diameter from approximately 22.7" to 24.2", or about 6.6% bigger. I guess the bigger issue might be the width? So, I have a couple of concerns. First, will these fit without clearance issues in steering and suspension? Or will it limit one or both of these? Second, am I likely to have any significantly decreased lifespan on my stock brakes and trans? I'm not really concerned about my speedo difference, because I can use my GPS to find out how far off it is. I just don't want to buy some wheels and then have the whole thing not fit.
