Putting Winters on my civic for the first time
 

hey guys, new to this forum and it's the second winter i have my civic but the first one its gonna get driven. i currently have 17" with low pro tires and want to know if i just go and get some regular 15s from Canadian Tire what size tires do i need?

I just put winters on mine last week ('07 EX). I got 16" winter rims for $60 each at Canadian Tire, and they had Goodyear Nordics on sale there. Got a bit of a deal for getting 4 of each. Still came out to over $800, though. Oh well. Has to be done.

is there any specific tire size i need cuz im getting the tires off a buddy who owns a shop and he said he needs to know some sort of number??? or is it just a universal thing?

15" thats obvious....but as for the profile (series) i would say
somethin like a 60-65 at the most.

thx im pretty sure thats what my buddy needed. especially now that it started snowing here in mtl this morning i gotta get the lowpros off and some winters on

i just put my winters on with hubcaps....how f***** depressing!
i cant wait till spring already and it hasnt even snowed for the first time yet?

I think you need 185/65/R14's that is the oem for your car, I believe.
