Does a 2002 4 door Honda Civic come stock with front and rear tow hooks?

I want to buy a civic for my first car, and I want to know if the 2002 civic comes with front and rear tow hooks or any other way that I can carry a canoe on the top and fasten it at the front and rear for long distance driving?

Just pull the bumpers off so you can strap onto the supports.
Bonus, your civic will be looking more like a proper off-road vehicle that should be carrying a canoe.
