1989 Honda Civic DX hatchback

Hey guys/gals, I have a Honda DX hatch and I just recently did an engine rebuild. New guts, plugs and wires. I went to start the car the first time and found out I was 180 out. Easy fix, move down the street and my cel light came on giving me injectors and o2 code.. so ran out bought remanufactured injectors and new o2 had them installed. Problem solved, no more CEL codes. It ran good for a week or two, then I let the lady drive car to work. It began stumbling, cutting off, and not wanting to start again. The CEL came back on. So did the research and thought it could be the fuel relay aka main relay. Ran out and got it. Nope didn't change the operating conditions, but CEL codes went away. So hit the net for more research, came across the ignition coil. Bam, ran out got it threw it in. Vroom car fires right up. Great, no..Car still stumbles and cuts off from time to time. So I'm down to the last three items I think it could be..Fuel pump itself or fuel pressure regulator..At this point I am totally out of plans..Any ideas?
