Avid Racing Short Shifter bushing kit
 

I apologize in advance for my ignorance. I am not a car person.
I recently bought a 95 civic from my cousin with a b16 motor swap and avid racing short shifter. I was cruising around my neighborhood when the shift linkage came loose at the shifter. I can't find a website for avid racing other then the avid racing concepts which appears to be a site for remote control buggies and the like. Does anyone know of a supplier or website where I can order this bushing kit? eBay lists a number of bushing kits with a wide range of compatibility with engines but doesn't mention compatibility with shift linkage such as innovative, avid, etc.
