My honda civic 93 dual carb engine revs up and down when the car is warm

My 1.5 engine dual carb honda civic revs up and down when the car is warm and sometime when i stop at the light the cars goes off can any one help me advice me what could be wrong with it?

Search for a vacuum leak, carbureted engines have these kid of issues frequently

These 88-95 Honda Civic Engines are very difficult to find. There is only one good source I know who has it. I know of a very famous company.
