I need help. Someone please :help:Hi guys. i have a 1998 honda civic dx and i thought of buying a 1999 honda civic ex guage cluster because the cluster i want has a rpm guage. My question is would it fit and work completely. Please help me.:help: Sincerly jdmkid01:_please: |
Re: I need help. Someone please Yes it would fit and work fine the only problem is that the rpm gauge will not work because the dx did not come with it. Other than that it's direct plug and play you'll just have to have to run wiring to get rpms to show, which I know nothing about |
Re: I need help. Someone please I need more sugjestions! Please someone help |
Re: I need help. Someone please i dont know about the actual fitting part, but almost every civic dx comes with the rpm wire already hooked up in the harness. so if the connectors plug in and the cluster fits in the spot, the rpm should work. |

Re: I need help. Someone please Well I did not know that good to know though thanks for the save |
Re: I need help. Someone please Thank you, Are you 100% sure. I dont want to spend the money then have it not work. im buying it because i want the rpms. i could care less about the milage. I need to make sure ur 100% sure that if i plug it in the rpms will work also |
Re: I need help. Someone please I am 100% sure. The mileage is irrelevant but make sure you note the mileage on the old cluster so you know the actual miles when you go to sell it. |
Re: I need help. Someone please Plug it in and it'll work. |
