Loose bumper

so my rear bumper has become loose, and on the left and right side of the bumper there is a gap. anyway i can fix that?
i removed the bumper cover already and i see no signs of damage on the car its self
any help would be appreciated !

oh thanks, for the help, ill see if i can get any at the junk yard, if not, ill buy those
