does the 05 have a rev limiter?

when I am running the 05 and it is just idling in park I twist on the throttle cable and it won't go very fast and starts cutting out. so does it have a rev limiter? or is my exhaust plugged?:help:

Yes it has a rev limiter in the PCM.
