High beam problem.
 

I bought a 03 civic back in September and noticed that the passenger high beam didn't work, but if i flick the lights off and back on it would come on. this worked until about three weeks ago. The passenger high beam would no longer come on by flicking the lights off and back on. I just bought two sets of hids, hi and low. I got the low beam hooked up but i have no power to the high beam. Why do my passenger high beam not work and does anybody know how to install the hid high beams.:help: thanks

I have the same problem on drivers side. regular night likes work fine, but when I throwe highs on, driver side goes dark.
