Front compliance bushings cracking, front engine mount broken.... says dealership

Hey guys, first time here. Want to run this by you experts to confirm which of the following needs replacing and which are optional..

Recently brought my dad's 01 auto civic sedan to 152,000km service and the dealership says...

1) Front left shock is leaking.
2) Front compliance bushings is cracking
3) Front engine mount is broken
4) Recommends brake and power steering fluid flushes.
5) Drivebelts cracking

I will replace the drivebelt , but not the shock, as the car is only for in-town commute for my dad (leisurely driver, to say the least).

But what about the others? Are those necessary? What happens if I don't replace the bushing and engine mount? Those are $$$$..

Any help appreciated! Thanks!!

Definitely replace the front motor mount, you can do-it-yourself and the part is inexpensive.

You can DIY the brake/power steering flushes too, with a turkey baster and some time (change the fluid in the reservoirs a couple times over a week and it'll be pretty fresh).

Shock and compliance bushings you can replace when the ride quality or noises (from the bushing, eventually) get to be too annoying for you.
