01 Civic EX Exhaust question
 

Hi, I drive a 2002 Civic coupe and I am having a hard time finding a greddy SP2 exhaust that comes in EX. Wondering what is the difference between dx vs lx vs ex exhaust wise. Is the piping any different between the trims?

do not get the dx/lx system for your ex, it will not work. if you really want, you can do a full header back dx/lx system swap(which is kind of retarded since the ex system is better anyway). however, they are completely different systems. dx/lx are the same and have one system, and ex has a different system.

the ex has a shorter header, and longer downpipe, which then bolts to the catback system....while the dx/lx have a very long header, with a short downpipe that connects to the catback system.

can get it here for your 01 ex for about $620 shipped. its funny that the lx system is about $680 shipped:
