'04-05 bumper on an 02' civic

I have seen many threads about front end conversions from an 01-03 civic to an 04-05 civic. They always mention all of the parts that need to be changed. Anyone know if the front bumper and grill from an 04-05 civic will fit on an 02? I dont want to change the headlights if i dont have to.

You have to change the headlights, grille, hood and fenders or else the bumper won't fit. No way around it.
