2006 Manual to Auto Transmission Swap
 

No, not another "auto to manual swap" thread.

I want the reverse.

Long story short- my fiance has a 06 DX Coupe with a manual transmission. She knows how to drive stick, but wants it to be auto.

I have access to an auto transmission for around $400. Anyone know what problems I might run into? I'll get the cluster as well, but the shifter in the center console should be bolt on as well, correct? What about the clutch sensor to start the car? I would hate to have to swap ECUs as well

Just sell it and buy the car she wants.
