putting new headlights in, whats the average cost?

dude said hell charge like 30$ an hour for work so possibly 50$-60$ to put them in is this a good deal or is he scamming me? also my hid's are crapping out on me and i might need new low beam bulbs, so should i go to like autozone and buy silverstars or something?

shouldnt take more than 15 mins to remove the bumper and headlamps. to just change the bulbs, it would take about a minute per side.

Just DIY it. It's really easy to do and won't cost you money.

go buy a simple $15 socket wrench and tool kit from walmart and some screwdrivers. i still have my old kit i got 5 yrs ago and it fixes almost anything.

Yeah just buy the socket set like gearbox said. It's still cheaper then paying to get it done and you'll have the tools for things that come up in the future.

when i worked at AAP i used to change lights for free all the time. prolly did 100+ cars and most were a few mins job except some old cars where we had to take plastic pieces off, and that lousy ice cream truck sealed beams lol.
