Somebody should probably inform the owners of the cars with stadium seating attached to their trunk lids that Civics are front wheel drive vehicles.

Wow, some hate. Depending on the suspension setup, it can actually create enough downforce on the rear to put more contact on the rear wheels. They may not be providing power but they will stabilize the car at high speeds and create better traction when performing any cornering. I say it depends on the suspension setup because it can easily lift the front end which is bad but when set up correctly can work well. It won't do nearly as good as putting it on a rear wheel drive vehicle though.

Looks like a re-badged Acura CSX to me... Nice though, I prefer the slight body tweaks of the CSX over the standard Civic. It's just too bad those start at over $27k. Do you guys get the CSX in the US??

the CSX is a re-badged and face-lifted Civic Si for the Canadian market.. Just like the 1.7el is to the 01-05 Civic sedans.

I'm well aware... however, the "facelift" of the CSX looks exactly like the JDM Civic posted in the pictures....

I apologise if I came of sounding harsh... my sarcasm must be broken.

If there are further visual differences, then my apologies... I'm a new honda owner, so I'm a little ignorant to specific facelifts within generations.

Hm.. apparently Honda Japan used the styling from the CSX for the JDM CTR, so.. I guess you're more correct

I saw this picture on their site. Does anyone know what kind of wheels these are?

if you knew anything about setting up a FWD car for hot lapping then you'd know that generally the rear is tightened up to help provide low speed off throttle rotation and at high speeds this makes the car twitchy to say the least..hence the spoiler comes into play to stabilize the rear and also to help provide some stability when braking at speed. If you don't believe me then go tell RealTime Acura racing that the spoliers on their championship winning TSX's and RSX's are pointless on a FWD car..let us know how hard they laugh at you.
