Honda Care Line

Well,

I finally got around to calling Honda's car line today and it went well.

The lady was very friendly and took down all the problem and concerns I have with my car, including the following:

#1 Bump and clunk over bumps on front right hand side
#2 A tin can sounding rattle or clank in the engine bay somewhere or near the glove box area
#3 Very noisy rear end over bumps. Maybe the rear deck lid
#4 Interior panels near seatbealt mounts on side of car are popping out every 2-3 days. I push them back in and they pop out again
#5 Cold clunk from steering in morning and when cars for long periods of time
#6 When reversing, then I stop, I turn the wheels then go into drive, the front right brake caliper makes a clank or very large CLICK. Sounds like a stickey caliper to me.
#7 Front right pull on a flat straight road
#8 Cupping and feathering on the front two tires (alignment again most likely) with only 4000 miles on the car

I have to bring the car in monday as she advised me I have to let them check the alignment again and see if they replace the tires. Regardless of what happens, I have to report back to them and from there they have a regional manager contact me for the issues the dealer can't fix according to them (nothing wrong is what they say for #'s 1-6.

Will give you updates as I have them and thanks to Terry and the others for the honda car line number

Update,

Dealer had my car for 4 days. They could not find the problems with the clunk over bumps in the front right of the car, they did a 4 wheel alignment incorrectly and left the steering wheel off center.

They never heard about a motor mount issue nor hearing of leaking shocks and struts.

I spoke with Honda again today and arranged for a new dealership to look at my car and hopefully help.

I did learn on 8thgencivic.com that dealerships have what is called diagnostic ears to put on my front suspension. I know this will help.

This will be the 4th time going back for problems that are not fixed.

I might have to trade soon if they can't fix the car as I am getting a little annoyed and am not enjoying my new car anymore.

They did not even to replace my feathered tires eventhough they admitted the alignment was off twice is less that 2000 miles.
